DPD prob best ,give them the Measurements ,Do you have the Box ,otherwise they can sometimes bring One .
Who did you buy it off Alun ? |

The item has been put straight back in the original packaging it arrived in, so the supplier can see the small visible dents in the box let alone the telly.
I just need to address it back to sender, but not sure which courier or mail company to go with. |

You should contact the company you purchased it from and they should set up the return service.

Sent a 28'' computer screen back using the Poost Office. They were the cheapest after taking a quick look.
No problems. |

What ibraham sonko said.
Same thing happened to me last year. Contacts the supplier not the courier, they arrange for your tv to be picked up and usually happens as a swap when they deliver the new one. Tip. When new one arrives open the packaging whilst the delivery man is still there, to make sure new one is ok. They acyually send me a smashed one 2nd time as well then had to wait again on another new one being sent |
