Any of you guys get cayght up in this?

Not personally here but it has caused my sister big problems and frustration!

Just thinking that if Paul Pester can give up a £2 million bonus, that probably won't change his life, perhaps they could compensate all of their customers
in some way, whether reported problems or not, just to be seen to being genuinely concerned.

Crazy idea?

All they're doing for compensation is waiving any overdraft fees or penalties etc for the last 2 months.

Yes exactly, but that is only compensating the gullible, and disorganised, but not those who have been genuinely, and adversly, affected by the meltdown!
