There's a car in my area that has not been washed for looks like 1 year.

Someone has written "Please clean me" on the bonnet for 3 weeks.

Any suggestions?

I wondered why it was unwashed for so long :

1. Guy is depressed and can't be bothered
2. He doesn't have enough money for a car wash (£3 basic)
3. He's a passive aggressive socio-path who has found a cunning plan to annoy as many people as possible

Mate of mine has a clinical obsession with cleaning his car.  Cleaning anything, actually.  Makes absolutely no sense to me at all.

Does he clean the windows, lights and number plates?

If not, he is breaking the law, so report him, if it will make you feel good!

We have a new mini clubman which my good lady drives most of the time which we keep pretty spotless. And then there's my fishing car, an 05 plate Mitsubishi space star which I use to go to the dump or the odd car boot, was also used by my builders last year to save money on a skip when they were finishing the job. It's primary use however is for me to go fishing in, as it spends most of its life in the country lanes of Sussex I see no need to clean it. The only time I..............sorry my local Romanian community wash it is just before it goes in for an MOT so it vaguely resembles something that's been looked after. Tyres, brakes and wipers etc are always maintained but other than that I intend driving it until it dies ! Don't think the neighbours are to impressed but fxxk em. You don't live in Sussex do you Leopard LaughLaughLaughLaughLaugh

It starts first time every time so it must love me. Recently did a 350 mile round trip to do a spot of Barbel fishing, never missed a beat. Unlike the Barbel who didn't want to come out to play Sad

Anyway Roquebrune it's not the car, it's my fishing skills or lack thereof that could be the problem Cry

Used to live in Queens Walk many moons ago. Having moved from Acton town, Ealing was the promised land Cool used to fish the Grand Union canal at Alperton, went to school there as well.

I absolutely love going fishing as well ufcdan. 2 or 3 times each Summer my brother and I and two of his chefs charter a boat from Littlehampton in West Sussex and we go fishing for plaice and mackerel to bring back to his pub and put it on the menu the same day. We always catch more than enough to pay for all the expenses and it's a good laugh as well. The skipper plays a bit of Pink Floyd and we have a few cold ones as well of course, a great day out.
