IAAF are coming to a resolution on Caster Semenya and hyper androgyny this year.  When her form dipped after her initial success it was i think because the IAAF insisted she took testosterone reducing medication, which they later relaxed.  Personally I think it's a farce that she can compete as she is doing.

Hyperandrogenism, also known as androgen excess, is a medical condition characterized by excessive levels of androgens (male sex hormones such as testosterone) in the female body and the associated effects of the elevated androgen levels. It is an endocrinological disorder similar to hyperestrogenism.

With the IAAF involved it might be a case of how much the South African Federation are willing to spend agree it's a farce.
From Wiki

2015 testosterone rule change

The IAAF policy on hyperandrogenism, or high natural levels of testosterone in women, was suspended following the case of Dutee Chand v. Athletics Federation of India (AFI) & The International Association of Athletics Federations, in the Court of Arbitration for Sport, decided in July 2015.[65] The ruling found that there was a lack of evidence provided that testosterone increased female athletic performance and notified the IAAF that it had two years to provide the evidence.[66]

That is complete bolox I've got no idea how they got that through Shocked

That is beyond belief.  Like saying there is a lack of evidence that sugar causes tooth decay.

The South African media laud Caster as the real deal. Are they all stupid or just too scared to upset the PC crew by being truthful?

Just watching the Marathon the mens winner is a distance clear  retains his title in 2:16.46
Paula 'asthma' Radcliffe (also anaemic) is commentating and her numbers are below the courses will have some effect but not that much,Crammy says the times are irrelevant today but I digress...

Personal best(s)
5000 m: 14:29.11
10,000 m: 30:01.09
Half Marathon: 1:05:40
Marathon: 2:15:25 WR

Not bad for someone with 'exercise induced asthma' who's anaemic, these are times which beat ALL known dopers out of sight and her Marathon record is considered the best like for like run of all time by many.

[b]Anemia is a decrease in the total amount of red blood cells (RBCs) or hemoglobin in the blood,[3][4] or a lowered ability of the blood to carry oxygen.

Could have been very serious consequences had he hit his head worse than he did we've seen the disasters with boxers who've had to cut weight for fights suffer bleeds on the brain hopefully no lasting harm done.

That'll be the last we see of Caster Semenya dominating the 800 and 1500m.  New IAAF rules coming into force today for anything from 400 to 1500m, which will force her to take medication.  Guess what?  Caster is stepping up in distance Laugh
