just dont see the point in I, just agreeing things so they can hold press conferences to give the illusion of progress when there is none

because to get to the whole you start chalking down what is agreed

it may well fall apart if something is not agreed, but if most is agreed and is good for
both sides it may just push a little effort to agree final details

and also shows willing from both sides

In theory thousands of East Europeans could decide to come here during this transition and they will have the right to remain

No it's not. All that has been agreed is that we will discuss the original document. Will be no U-turn on NI.

the bits in green are agreed, those in white are not agreed

but if those in white arnt agreed the ones in green arnt agreed so wtf point, if they cant and wont agree over Ireland the rests a complete waste of time,
on tv this afternoon both remoaners and brexiteers say they wouldn't sign up to the things already in green,never mind things yet to be agreed

because the ones in white are to be discussed and text will be changed if agreed



its so folk can get the gist of what is and what is not agreed



i am told there are yellow sections too, which mean it is close to agreement

27 other member countries of the EU, The Tories split, Labour split and then the 3 devolved parliaments/assemblies.

we no how it works but you can sign up to 999 if you no your not signing upto to the 1000th,and it makes the other 999 void,you don't really believe davis agrees with migration deal,fisheries deal already knocked back by brexiteers

There are other stumbling blocks.
Not being able to agree trade deals during the transition period without the consent of the EU is one with being subject to new EU regulations/laws without any input during the same process is another.
I cannot see this being acceptable. Obviously a time will come and we'll each have our ideas based on the discussions and it'll be you accept this and we'll accept that etc etc.

If you've been in jail for 40 years,and are then told you can go free, do you leave, or are you still in jail two years later negotiating with the prison officers the terms of your freedom and demanding that you have a transition period before you agree to leave?

And if prison officer Tony Blair comes along (as he did a few weeks ago) and says, "If we make the conditions of your imprisonment a little better, will you agree to stay in prison?", do you stay or do you say, "No thanks, I'm leaving!"?
