Marine Le Pen charged for tweeting gruesome Isis pictures

The images...included a picture of the decapitated body of US reporter James Foley,  a man on fire in a cage, and a victim being driven over by a tank.

At the time, Foley's parents accused Ms Le Pen of using the "shamefully uncensored" image for her own political gain.

Ms Le Pen later deleted the image from her account and claimed she did not know the photograph was of Foley when she tweeted it. She said she removed it immediately when his family complained.

So how far can politicians go when they condemn France's enemies?

This is very short sighted of the authorities, and confirmation of how determined they are to keep the lid on protests from the right.

Of course as in the UK the real terrorists are delighted, because pursuing right-wing activists, will divert resources from the main dangers we face from people like ISIS.

It's quite astonishing that the very kinds of people who got Europe into such a mess as they are in now with multiculturalism, continue to be elected.
