Why are most of the USA mass shooters ( WHITE ) folk ?

Perhaps they have all been white these evil killers.

Must be an expectancy thing.
Expecting a life of privilege and when things dont turn out how they want they chucks their toys out.

Drug abuse such as cannabis and steroids may be a factor that seems to be ignored,many of the attacks are later reported to have the perpetrators using them.

I can't imagine cannabis making anyone want to get off the couch and go out killing tbf. I did read the other day that the London Bridge stabbing crew took loads of steroids. Do they have an immediate effect?

I have a family member who has psychotic episodes from cannabis use (supposedly) and recieves a payment every week.was given a fully furnished flat (which was better than the one I used to own) and gets his utilities paid for though pays a couple of quid or so a week rent.
He takes other drugs as well as anti psychotic and anti depressant drugs and he drinks daily all of this together when he goes overboard leads to episodes where he attacks and/or threatens my aunty with knives or attempts to strangle her he's been arrested 100's of times.

So with the right concoctions of brain chemistry it's definitely possible.

The way he and the likes of him are dealt with in our country is a fcuking disgrace when genuinely disabled and ill people are made to jump through hoops,but that's another story

I know somebody who has a brother who has been sectioned twice, but by all accounts human rights act means they cant hold em for long.

Not sure what they are supposed to do other than chemically kosh people but then people would be in uproar.

He TRIED to get himself sectioned when first trying to secure the benefits of being psychotic as he has a friend who is on top whack sickness benefits for similar but they saw through him after a week's observation.
What imo they do with these types is decide what is the cheapest way to handle everything?
i.e One day when he got told his jobseekers allowance was going to be stopped (rightfully so) he through a wobbler in the jobcentre and told them he was going to kill himself,so the police had helicopters etc. out looking for him costing probably 5 figures.
Really what he did was bus it back to his mates house whilst police were at his mothers place and surrounding areas waiting in case he turned there up whilst telling them of the situation,more money.
Instead of jailing him again they decide it's cheaper to give him everything under the sun which genuine working people can't afford,so he effectively is a proffessional drug addict who justifies the wages of the various social worker types who happily validate his behaviour

Simply put though, every country has people with issues. Not every country allows them to buy an assault rifle before a half of shandy. Doesn't take a genius to see where that can lead.

The government can't change the gun laws because everyone might realise it's THEM who are flooding the streets with weapons and the ease of obtaining guns will no longer be an excuse for everything gang and gun murder related.Basically they NEED it this way to help control an unwinnable situation,changing the gun laws will only result in more weapons trafficking in which control will be lessened.

I was referring to gang violence in that line and that of course is only one example of a mass shooting
US has major problems with Hispanic gangs in formerly mainly Black areas,Compton's population has 6 times more Hispanic people than black and they are many deaths on a daily basis.

Last documentary I saw said 6 times which I thought was excessive though there are alot from Central America getting through Mexico might validate the need for a wall

I think I read somewhere that uniquely Spain had never had a single serial killer until sometime recently, one man who had returned from serving for the EU in Yugoslavia during the war and didn't return his gun but kept it and later in Spain murdered several people, leaving a playing card at the scene

I was reading the article about the murders and this was just a throughaway sentence as part of the story, that Spain had never before had a serial killer, so I might remembering it wrong

iam pretty sure that is what it said, it struck me as being interesting at the time

Come off it dave,you can't hang the mental state of a kid (that the rest of the school knew full well from experience before he was expelled was the likely culprit) on Trump.

No doubt there will be an enquiry, but given that Cruz had already been the subject of various interventions, it is almost certainly going to be the case that the FBI couldn't have detained him or prevented him having access to weapons.
