SF I have had numerous posts removed.
Mainly about the SNP on politics. That's why I rarely visit there now I didn't start another 6 threads to complain about it. Neither did I start a campaign to smear anyone because of it. |

At the end of the day does it matter if our posts are deleted?
Would it matter if everything that was written on these pages was cleared overnight, and a fresh start made again every day. Would it matter in the slightest? |

The only thing that concerns me about missing posts, is if they have a totting up system where after a certain number of deletions they start to look for something to ban you for.

sometimes it does matter if a discussion is taking place, or an important point is made, or pediction lodged.
sometimes, most times, it does not matter if they are wiped. indeed there used to be a means of finding old posts, but that was wiped with the old forum, and very few threads were brought forward, with very little real loss. |

Dr Crippen -thank you for your kind invitation to jump into your net. I hope you won't be too offended if I politely decline. But hey guys- isn't life and trying to win consistently on here tough enough without all this ill feeling. And I believe that Dr C is right when he asks does it really matter if posts go missing. Some take it too personally! According to a line from The Sayings of Dr Slicer, available at all not very good bookshops nowhere in the country, "If a pig grunts at you it doesn't make you a pig!"The bottom line is does anyone actually give a sh*t what a bunch of gamblers who post anonymously on a betting forum think? In the end no one will post and frankly, the forums have gone downhill to such an extent that one might think the sooner the better. Just some of my thoughts.

I'll have you know I have lost shedloads on here study!!! I even verbally abused anxious for his pathetic team only drawing the other day only to find out I had the wrong, very rich, manchester club - oooops!!! Yes - I had lost another wedge.

It used to be over a hundred at any one time, Capt.
The 1st page of the topics wouldn't even last a day. There was little or no politics. People were mostly friendly, as were the topics. It would be nice to resurrect some of that! |

Then we can see which ones have gone missing, and which ones have passed the censor's scrutiny. It seems a reasonable idea to me. |

The post where I replied to slicer - Which YOU quoted a bit of, has gone.
The "censors" are just trolls or people who want to kill the forum or turn it into a political platform. You are in some communication (at least) with some of those responsible. You are also an escapee from the politics forum. Your post this morning... not needed. |
