There was a 2008 simpsons episode on this afternoon, "That 90s show" - a lot of which was mocking a ridiculous politically correct Social Justice Warrior academic.
At that time people like that were mocked. Classic SJW lines such as saying lighthouses are part of a "Phallocentric Technocracy violating mother sky"
