diversity walls and trucks of peace merkel's leggo that is so funny and so sad
By:
Are they covering the concrete blocks of Lego in special Winterval wrapping paper to create the illusion that there isn't really a threat?
By:
In the Fatherland certainly! Not so much here. Diversity loons fear the wrapping paper may be too Christmassy and incite hatred..
By:
Link has been removed, how frightened of the truth some people are.
By:
much more of this to come as control is tightened on any thing you say about peace
By:
saddo - simply staggering. Nothing offensive. Merely witty and terribly sad. 'Diversity walls' is brilliant given the Bishop of Liverpool's absurd attack on Trump's Christian supporters.
'Bishop Bayes told the newspaper: "Some of the things that have been said by religious leaders seem to collude with a system that marginalises the poor, a system which builds walls instead of bridges'. |
By:
I did enjoy the wall irony, trump is wrong to build walls but europe builds them around market places weekly.
By:
By:
All Christians are called to pray for those who govern us.
Trump is the POTUS. Many Christians are right to offer him support. He is seeking to protect the States by maintaining strong borders. Unlike Clinton and Obama he believes in the unborn's right to life. Such views helped him to win the election and I wish him well despite his many imperfections. |
By:
That sounds very subordinate. No wonder people in Europe suffered so much from being fettered by rulers all throughout Christianity until we finally started freeing us from it.
By:
Ok, Ok, I'll bite one more time.
Name me 6 countries untouched by Christianity that you would be happy to raise a family in. |
By:
Is there even one country completely untouched by Christianity? Like, we Christians taught the entire world how to hate gay people and jews. So no, I could not name 6 countries untouched by Christianity that I would be happy to raise a family in.
Can you name 6 countries untouched by Enlightenment and liberalism that you would be happy to raise a family in? |
By:
'cuz, kind of without Enlightenment and liberalism our countries would be Christian Saudi-Arabia (on drugs)
By:
Highly oppressive, demanding prayer and unquestioning subordination to our rulers, death for apostasy, death for being gay, death for being a woman that loves herself some herbs, threat of death for going against what the church dictates you to think, women generally treated like trash.
Man, Christianity sure rocked hard before brave people of the past began the process of freeing us and reducing its power and influence. An environment that is every man's dream to raise a family in. |
By:
You can't have the enlightenment without Christianity , theyarw the same thing, direct descendants
By:
Christianity and its early leaders, and Christ himself can trace their ideas and view of humanity directly back to Ancient Greece and forward to the European enlightenment , especially in Britain
By:
True, you could not have had Enlightenment without people being fed up with aspects of Christianity and the powerful (like them telling their underlings that they were chosen directly by God and that you should pray for them)
By:
Well that's if you assume that people believed that kings were directly appointed by god
I suppose many did , many people believe in letting a few people in the House of Parliament decide their future And done others don't , that is neither here nor there Christianity puts the individual responsible for his own freedoms , if allows the individual to decide in everything and on everything that is what is so different about Christianity and some other religions. In other religions people are not thought of in the same way , and in politics also , in communism of Nazism people are not so fully human as in enlightened Christian countries and forms of government |
By:
You see even in Ancient Greece they had their gods and their great generals and their great people , that's natural
By:
To believe in a God does not mean you cannot also believe in the enlightenment,
In the enlightenment you look at what the teacher of that religion says and how he lives So it depends , look at the life of Christ , and what he taught, and look at the life of other religious leaders , such as Muhammad and what he taught, it depends on the religion And then you might see the connection between Christianity and the enlightenment |
By:
The Enlightenment was 200 years of efforts to understand God through reason.
When René Descartes announced that he thought, therefore he was, it was to emphasize that he was a product of God. What else could something as perfect and unchanging as rational thought be than a manifestation of God, l'immuable, l'infini, l'éternel, le tout connaissant, le tout puissant? The loss of belief in God, loss of faith in the power of reason, the challenge of an evolving, fluid world, wasn't confronted for another 200 years, with Schopenhauer and Nietzsche. A reaction against the Enlightenment, in other words. |
By:
Say what you will Christ never forced anyone to follow his teachings , that is enlightened and enlightening even in itself .unlike some religious leaders who lived a different life of murder and torture and all manner of evil things ..
Now you can safely say that is not enlightened |
By:
And Nietzchenian thought could be said to have led directly to Hitler

Say what you will Christ never forced anyone to follow his teachings True. Too bad his followers weren't so kind as they kept terrorising others, destroyed the cultural achievement of others, and forced conversion (or conformism) by the sword throughout history. |

ha ha another defender of the faith of peace - I bring you edy - obfuscating and muddying the waters
hey by the way - most of the garbage you come out with happened so long ago and very, very few follow any old testament for starters hope this helps we face a very real danger and people like you come on here trying to confuse the issue |
By:
You could try being sober and understanding a post for a change instead of just making up things, mobbo.
By:
edy, what are you doing?
By:
he tries to deflect us away from the problem - a denier in fact
By:
Did you hear about the German 15 year old lass who got stabbed to death by her afghan boyfriend refugee posing as a child imigrant?
By:
I read of it on DWelle last night.
By:
You know, that bastion of German society ... or so I used to think :(
By:
I see a few more christians have been wiped out in egypt
By:
Of course I heard about it. It's all over the news.
By:
mobbo, I made my concerns pretty clear about strong religiousness being detrimental to a society. That we blossomed because we freed ourselves to a good degree. Only your ever drunken state could make a defense of Islam out of it.
By:
Enjoy your lego and your diversity walls.
By:
edy I look forward to your condemnation of the peaceful ones.
