why have they gone out of public houses . total madnees. i remember many happy hours sitting in the pub, chatting having a laugh and pouring money into the juke box to listen to the tunes of the day

Within a 2 mile radius of my place there about 10 pubs and only 2 have got jukeboxes. The rest are all gastropubs, £20 for burger, chips and a pint is very much the norm.
Dragon - let me know when you are coming and wear Kevin's blue suede shoes, then I will know it's you.
Many a happy memory listening to Chesney Hawkes in my local bikers pub.

It may be the increase in rental, fees to PPL and PRS ( who also collect fees for TV's and any musical content used in quiz's).
Nissan Juke box...one of the best cars i have ever owned.
