At least eight people were killed Tuesday afternoon when a speeding Home Depot truck plowed down riders on a Lower Manhattan bike path in a terrorist attack, sources said.
Eyewitnesses told police the driver yelled “Allahu Akbar!” — Arabic for “God is great!” — after running down helpless riders from behind, their mangled bodies left scattered behind his runaway rental truck. The Middle Eastern man was arrested after police shot him in the rear end following a Tribeca crash between the truck and a school bus. Sources said he was waving an air pistol and a BB gun when cops reached the scene. Best not to jump to conclusions. |

Thats exactly the point xmoneyx.
If the omnipotent is powerful enough to create everything in the universe why does it require conscious humans to hire a 5hitty van and drive up a pavement? This isnt the will of a god, its the brain rinsing of those with diminished conscience. You could suggest the military is the same. They dont look for erudition or the ability to recite Kant or Rousseau in soldiers, they just expect to have people who do the killing under order. |

The main suspect in the New York truck rampage that killed eight people on Tuesday has told investigators he began planning the attack a year ago.
A year??!! How much planning is required to hire a vehicle, go somewhere busy and drive into people? And then when he gets out he is armed with a paintball gun. This in a country where real guns are readily available and socially acceptable. |
