Convoy System To Protect Workforce....

Had to travel for three consecutive days through road works with traffic lights.

Perhaps a third of a mile, between the lights, and with a long 'overlap' and not a sign of any workmen till yesterday.

Following the convoy vehicle, at precisely ten mph, and low and behold there are workmen!
The first one sitting on a barrier, and playing with his phone....
The second one standing next to a truck and on his phone....
Two of them sitting in the cab of a truck....
Next, three of them, sitting on the back of some equipment, and finally another one, sitting on a barrier, and playing with his phone!

Crazy!!!
