Given two differing views on disability and the work place, would it not be better for a debate giving the pros and cons of people working and also being part of the everyday life shown on television.

Fair play to the girl, she doesn't hide, or flaunt in a'victim sort of way, she just gives the weather, it's her job, achieved by intellect, and knowledge which goes against the 'NORM' whatever that is, given the illegal wars we have sent young men and women into in recent years, what exactly is the norm on our TV screens and indeed our society
