NCCL supported and the policy differences with PIE were ones only of degree. PIE favoured lowering the age of sexual consent broadly to four (as they generously allowed, a baby below that would “lack the verbal skill to communicate its consent”). The comparative moderates of NCCL backed a reduction merely to 10, so long as it could be demonstrated that consent “was genuinely given”.

Strangely large amount of effort chasing allegations on a man who has been dead for over a decade, especially when juxtaposed with the total inaction on the huge scale massive attacks on 1000s of victims by gangs of men in areas of the country that went on for years undisturbed, and were ignored. Can't think why... ? Perhaps should've changed name to Echmed Heath, got immunity. Shades of Cliff Richard who was put through the same but was actually live and cleared his name.
