I'm led to believe Viagra can cause big headaches the next day

No need to see a doctor, just go ahead and buy some online.
Don't take it alongside other medication, but that's standard advice
Start small, cut a tablet into 1/8ths and consume with food, that's pretty standard for taking drugs
Most people get some sort of effect from 1/4 of a tablet, but start lower than that.
If you get a headache, take water, again pretty standard advice, and don't take alcohol with it.
If the headache persists, take some more food.

Be with someone you fancy anyway, don't take it in the hope of getting wood at the sight of anything in a skirt better than conference north standard.

Thanks guys, thing is he's taking 3 lots of medication. I think they are Lanzaprozole, some tablets for gout and blood pressure tablets.

Lansoprazole for acid = no problem (i was on that also blood pressure and beata blockers)

@Kenny - looking at that prescription drug list, the problem that your 'friend' has is the things that caused the prescribing of those drugs. Adding a horn pill to that cocktail especially a blood pressure one could lead to anything.
So scrub my previous view - speak to that doctor that did all that prescribing, and get off all those pills, get down to Slimming World, get some exercise, do a park run perhaps with the dog and get a bit of fibre in your diet.

Check your blood pressure tablets..........sorry get your mate to his doctor about the blood pressure tablets your(sorry there I go again) he's on. Could be them causing the problem, after all there designed to lower blood pressure so it stands to reason it's harder (no pun intended) to put some blood in your old chap

doctors gave me a endoscope? the one down the throat, looking at my stomach.
i did it while awake, big fkin mistake, like Alien the movie.

they took a snip of something in my stomach, biopsy?
