Obamagate......by Hans Christian Anderson

Once upon a time in a land far away, there was a president he was in charge for eight years but his time was up because that was the laws of the land.
The President didn't like this law but went along with it anyway.
The next best thing for this president was if his bestest friend Hillary were to become the next president then everything would carry on as normal, things like bombing Middle east countries killing thousands of innocent people, displacing them and killing thousands of US soldiers for needless oil wars.
Things like advancing the muslim brotherhood goals in europe and the US, Things like selling US assets to foreign goverments and oligrachs for kick backs.
Things like entertaining and partying with Hollywood sex predators. Things like allowing in illegal immigrants and paying for their every need with US tax payers money just so they would all vote for the presidents party.
Everybody thought that Hilary would win the election for next president easily, but to be extra sure the president would get his people to illegally spy on and wiretap Hillarys opponent with false FISA warrants.
Not only that it was decided that it would be a good idea to make up lies in a fake dossier about her opponent too, as 'an insurance poicy to stop him.'.
They also placed plants into the opponents campaign team by engaging friendly foreign government intelligence operations to do this.
Hillarys opponent was an orange man bad, he stood for everything the president didn't like, for instance the USA, the US people ,the US flag, borders, military, jobs, family and god.
But then one day the orange man bad won the election and the presidents underhand illegal tactics had failed.
So now the president and Hillary had to hide all the evidence, lump hammers were purchased to smash up government property blackberry phones and computer hard drives.
Now when the new Orange President found out about this he was not very happy so he told his Justice department and military to look into it.
They looked into it and found the previous president and his corrupt cronies guilty and sent them all to prison for life on an island far far away.

And then the Orange president and his supermodel wife lived happily ever after.

The End

President Donald Trump won't be unveiling former President Barack Obama's portrait at the White House, breaking a 40-year tradition, NBC News reported on Tuesday.

Obama would also not be interested in attending such an event, according to the report, which cited people familiar with the matter.

A federal judge has refused to halt a class-action suit against President Donald Trump and his family alleging they promoted a pyramid scheme.

Judge Lorna G Schofield in Manhattan denied the Trump family request on Monday for a stay while they challenged a previous ruling for the lawsuit.

The lawsuit, led by four anonymous plaintiffs, claimed that Mr Trump and his children Donald Trump Jr, Eric Trump, and Ivanka Trump were guilty of fraud and false advertising by promoting a multilevel marketing company called American Communications Network (ACN). In exchange, the Trump family allegedly received millions of dollars in secret payments.

The plaintiffs in the lawsuit, which was initially filed in October 2018, also claimed the promotion by the Mr Trump and his children of ACN encouraged them to invest hundreds of dollars into the company, but they never reaped any benefit from the investment.

"The Trumps conned each of these victims into giving up hundreds or thousands of dollars – losses that many experienced as a devastating and life-altering," the lawsuit claimed. "Surely the Trumps dismissed these amounts (and the lives they wrecked) as trivial. But by defrauding so many for so long, the Trumps made millions."

The president's team of lawyers argued the plaintiffs had no legal standing and asked for the case to move to arbitration to protect a majority of it from the public eye.

But the judge denied the motion, and the Trump team since appealed her decision.

In March, the judge ordered the Trump team to provide 15 years of detailed documents relating to the case, which encouraged the lawyers to ask for arbitration.

Nancy Pelosi has doubled down on her attacks against Donald Trump by saying that the president and his aides have "doggy doo" on their shoes when speaking to CNN.

After the House Speaker called Mr Trump "morbidly obese" over concerns that he is at risk of dangerous side effects for daily dosages of hydroxychloroquine to prevent coronavirus infection, which is not proven, the president called her "sick" and claimed she has "mental problems".

After White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany defended the president's use of the drug, he said he would finish his regimen in "one or two days".

Officials with the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention also have accused the president of "muzzling" science in favour of politics while handling his administration's response to the pandemic.

The latest battles follow the president's claim on Tuesday that the US taking the lead in global coronavirus infections — currently 1.56m and more than 92,250 deaths — is a "badge of honour" and claimed that it's "common sense" that the US is simply testing more people than others, though the nation is still far behind in per capita rates of tests.

On Wednesday, the World Health Organisation recorded its highest-ever one-day total of new infections — more than 106,000 — coming from four countries, though the organisation didn't name them.

The president also dangerously and falsely claimed that Michigan sending out absentee ballot applications was "done illegally" but wasn't able to answer why. (His own review committee investigating voter fraud has failed to find any.)

A federal judge has meanwhile allowed a lawsuit to press ahead that accuses the president and his family business of collaborating with a fraudulent marketing scheme “to enrich themselves by systematically defrauding economically marginalised people looking to invest in their educations, start their own small business and pursue the American dream”.

While the president and his allies continue to press "Obamagate" conspiracies and undermine the results of special counsel Robert Mueller's report, the US Supreme Court has agreed to temporarily block the full, unredacted Mueller report from release while William Barr's Justice Department appeals a court decision that allows it.

Meanwhile, a figure central to the report, the president's former personal attorney Michael Cohen, who is working on a "tell-all" book and whose attorney suggested more dirt on the president could be coming, could be released from prison as early as this week to finish his sentence at home.

What other conspiracy theories has Trump promoted?

Mr Trump was the most high-profile supporter of the bogus "birther" theory that former President Barack Obama was born in Kenya and ineligible for the presidency.

In 2016, Mr Trump suggested the father of his then-Republican presidential rival Ted Cruz had been seen with John F Kennedy's assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, before the president's death. His source for the claim was an unverified tabloid report.

Last April, Mr Trump suggested that the noise from windmills causes cancer. Scientists have found no such health risks.

The president has also shared a baseless theory that former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton were connected to last year's prison suicide of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Kayleigh McEnany Is Now Complaining About Bad 'Coverage' Of Trump -- From A Comedian

President Donald Trump’s press secretary Kayleigh McEnany blasted negative coverage of the president’s claims about hydroxychloroquine, including comments from Jimmy Kimmel, who is the host of a late-night comedy show.

McEnany had been defending hydroxychloroquine, a malaria drug that Trump has repeatedly touted as a treatment for coronavirus, in response to a reporter’s question at Wednesday’s White House press briefing. On Monday, Trump claimed he had been taking the drug as a preventative measure.

“I’ve seen a lot of apoplectic coverage of hydroxychloroquine,” McEnany said during a White House press briefing before calling out the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” comedian, along with MSNBC “Morning Joe” anchor Joe Scarborough, Fox News’ Neil Cavuto and CNN’s Chris Cuomo over their criticisms of Trump this week.

“You had Jimmy Kimmel saying the president’s ‘trying to kill himself’ by taking it. You had Joe Scarborough saying, ‘This will kill you.’ Neil Cavuto saying, ‘What have you got to lose? One thing you have to lose are lives.’”

Not only have numerous leading medical professionals voiced concerns that taking the drug when it’s not proven effective against COVID-19 could result in death, but the Food and Drug Administration also warned against its use in coronavirus cases outside of hospitals and clinical trials, citing serious heart risks among other concerns.

Kimmel, along with late-night comics Seth Meyers, Stephen Colbert and Trevor Noah, slammed the president’s hydroxychloroquine usage on their shows this week. Earlier this month, Trump labeled Kimmel a “wacko ‘last placer’” in an angry tweet attacking several late-show hosts.

Kimmel later played the video during his show, joking that apparently his “message resonated” as he’d received “a scolding today from White House press secretary No. 4.”

“Thank you for watching, Kayleigh, it’s always nice to welcome a new fan,” Kimmel said.

American jobless seeking aid rises to nearly 39m
A further 2.4 million Americans sought unemployment benefits last week, despite hopes that easing lockdowns would help the economy.

The new filings brought the total number of claims since mid-March to roughly 38.6 million - roughly a quarter of the workforce.

The weekly figures have been declining since the end of March, but remain extremely high.

Florida and Georgia were among the states with the biggest increases in filings in the week ended 16 May.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/fox-news-poll-biden-more-trusted-on-coronavirus-trump-on-economy

Most voters are concerned about the pandemic and the economy, so when they favor Joe Biden on coronavirus and Donald Trump has a narrow edge on pocketbook issues -- it makes for a tight race for the White House.

The latest Fox News Poll finds voters trust Biden to do a better job than Trump on health care by 17 points, coronavirus by 9, and relations with China by 6.  Trump is trusted more on the economy by a slim 3-point margin.

“That might be the election in a nutshell,” says Democrat Chris Anderson, who conducts the poll with Republican Daron Shaw.  “Trump has a slight advantage in a narrow debate about economic recovery, but a debate about coronavirus or public health more broadly benefits Biden.”

Eighty-eight percent are concerned about coronavirus spreading and 78 percent feel the economy is in bad shape.

There has been a seismic shift in views on the economy since the pandemic.  In January, voters rated economic conditions positively by an 11-point margin: 55 percent excellent/good vs. 44 percent only fair/poor.  Today, views are negative by 58 points:  20 percent excellent/good vs. 78 percent only fair/poor.

Positive ratings dropped 49 points among Republicans (from 85 to 36 percent) since January and 22 points among Democrats (from 31 to 9 percent).

As 44 percent report someone in their household has lost work because of coronavirus, a 54 percent majority thinks the country is in the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.  Sixty-five percent felt that way in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis.

More Democrats (67 percent) than Republicans (40 percent) feel it is the worst crisis since the Depression.

Republicans are more optimistic about a speedy recovery, as 50 percent expect the economy to improve in the next six months.  Just 19 percent of Democrats say the same.

Overall, 32 percent think the economy will improve within 6 months, 23 percent say 7-12 months, 24 percent say 1-2 years, and 14 percent think longer than that.

In the 2020 ballot test, Biden leads Trump by 48-40 percent.  Biden’s 8-point advantage is outside the poll’s margin of error.  However, given that 11 percent are undecided or plan to vote for someone else, neither candidate hits 50 percent support.  The race could go either way.

Among voters who are extremely motivated about voting this fall, Biden has a 12-point advantage (53-41 percent).  More Biden supporters (69 percent) than Trump supporters (63 percent) feel extremely motivated to vote.

Trump leads by 7 points among men and by 30 among rural whites.  He won both groups by larger margins in 2016 (11 and 37 points respectively).

Biden leads by 20 points among women and 64 points among blacks.  Compared to Hillary Clinton in 2016, he bests her performance among women (Clinton was +13) but lags among blacks (Clinton +81).

The 27-point gender gap is even larger than the record 24-point gap in 2016.

Biden makes inroads with two key groups: independents prefer him by 13 points and voters ages 65+ by 17 points.  In 2016, Trump won independents by 4 and seniors by 7.

Even small differences in party loyalty and defections matter in tight races.  Biden receives the support of 88 percent of Democrats and 8 percent of Republicans.  For Trump, 84 percent of Republicans back him and 3 percent of Democrats.

Sixty-nine percent are following news about the allegation of sexual assault against Biden very or somewhat closely.  The accusation comes from Tara Reade, a former staffer in Biden’s senate office in the early 1990s.

Fifty-two percent of voters say the allegation will be a factor in deciding their vote for president, including 24 percent who say it will be a major factor.  It will not be a factor for 44 percent.

More men (56 percent) than women (47 percent), and more Republicans (62 percent) than Democrats (46 percent) or independents (40 percent) say the allegation will matter to their vote.

At the same time, voters trust Biden to do a better job than Trump handling women’s rights by a 23-point margin, with one-in-ten (13 percent) saying they trust “neither.”

Trump’s personal favorable rating is net negative by 12 points:  43 percent view him positively, while 55 percent have an unfavorable opinion (including 45 percent “strongly” unfavorable).  Biden has a net positive rating by 2 points:  48 percent favorable, 46 percent unfavorable (31 percent “strongly” unfavorable).

The small subgroup who view both negatively prefer Biden over Trump by 40-11 percent in the matchup.

As states work on ways for people to vote safely in the middle of a pandemic, voters favor allowing mail ballots this year by a 63-30 percent margin.

About one in five, 19 percent, report they usually vote by mail/absentee.  When asked about this year, nearly twice as many, 35 percent, say they want to vote by mail.

Democrats are much more likely than Republicans to favor allowing mail-in voting because of coronavirus (83 vs. 42 percent), and Democrats are twice as likely to want to vote by mail this year (46 vs. 23 percent).  In addition, groups that prefer Biden are among those most inclined to vote by mail in the fall, including women, seniors, and liberals.

Former President Barack Obama remains popular.  Sixty-three percent have a favorable opinion of him.  That skyrockets to 93 percent among Democrats.  Biden’s favorability among Democrats sits at 81 percent and Trump gets 85 percent among Republicans.

Views split over the Department of Justice dropping charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn:  31 percent approve, 37 percent disapprove, and 32 percent are unsure.  In 2017, Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI during the Russia investigation.  When asked whether the FBI acted appropriately during that investigation, 36 percent of voters say yes, while 31 percent say no.

The poll asked voters to name the worst enemy of the United States: 36 percent cite China, 18 percent Russia, 16 percent North Korea, and 7 percent Iran.  A majority of Republicans (54 percent) and plurality of independents (33 percent) put China at the top of the list.  Among Democrats, Russia is the worst enemy (30 percent), followed by China (20 percent).

Conducted May 17-20, 2020 under the joint direction of Beacon Research (D) and Shaw & Company (R), this Fox News Poll includes interviews with 1,207 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide who spoke with live interviewers on both landlines and cellphones.  The poll has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 2.5 percentage points for all registered voters.
