Would not be surprised if Politics Punter is backing Trump at 2.3 on here at the same time he is being offensive towards him on the forum.

Personally I feel right now is a low point for Trump because he fell for their trick and argued for lockdown which hurt the economy.

From here Trump will bounce back.

The debates in a few months if it is Biden vs Trump will be sad to watch.

What is Trump supposed to do if Biden loses his thread in the middle of an argument?

It depends on who his running mate will be, I'm guessing a lady of colour will installed, then during the debate season, Joe will suddenly be 'unwell' and will be placed in hiding from the media spotlight for weeks again at the busiest time of the campaign and the running mate will do all the heavy media work and debates.

Lol, I can't believe that insider trader is still following me about every day, every thread, every post and being abusive to me as normal. I blocked him a long time ago and he still follows me around even though he is blocked! What kind of a person does that?

There you go insider trader, from earlier on this thread...

I haven't bet any of them and don't intend to until possibly very near the election. I think Biden should be favourite on all polls I have looked at. However, why put money down on either candidate for now? They might not make it to election day and your money will be lost.

Now, are you going to stop following me please?

if the stock market goes up everything goes up,it was at record highs a few months ago and the deficit is almost a trillion dollars a year, pension funds are borderline bankrupt and as for american infrastructure the less said the better, whoever gets elected in november the country is fcuked, the usa debt at record levels, the fed balance sheet at record levels with promises to basically print unlimited amounts of money to buy anything the big investment banks and hedge funds want to sell and cant find a buyer for,so they can re-invest that money and the only place they can really make any money in this era of negative interest rates is back into the stock market and they know if it does go down and they get caught out with all the plebs the fed will bail them out,the banks not the plebs

Depends the size of the population doesn't it? No evidence whatsoever of "mail in fraud voting". Think this was another lie that some social media site tagged a warning on to Trumps say on the matter.

No evidence whatsoever of "mail in fraud voting".

“You’ve been talking about voter fraud since the beginning of this administration and where is the evidence of it?” Acosta asked during the White House press briefing, insisting that “all the experts say voter fraud is rare.”

Trump replied, “I think there’s a lot of evidence, but we’ll provide you with some, okay?”

The president’s re-election campaign responded quickly to Acosta’s request, noting there were nine people charged in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas with “vote harvesting” and mail ballots, a political operative in New York stealing and submitting absentee ballots, and a resident in Pennsylvania receiving seven separate ballots in the mail.

The campaign also shared a Heritage Foundation document of over 1,000 proven cases of vote fraud.

The Trump campaign also quoted an election expert in the New York Times who said although election fraud was rare, “the most common type of such fraud in the United States involves absentee ballots” through the mail.

President Trump cited ongoing legal action from Judicial Watch forcing states to clear millions of ineligible voter registrations within 90 days as proof of voter fraud.

Judicial Watch have been a thorn in the side of the Clinton Foundation and Obama for years and its president Tom Fitton has testified as a witness before congress and House Judiciary Committees and also has been retweeted many times by POTUS 45

Hydroxychloroquine does not work against Covid-19 and should not be given to any more hospital patients around the world, say the leaders of the biggest and best-designed trial of the drug, which experts will hope finally settle the question.

Landray said the hype should now stop. “It is being touted as a game-changer, a wonderful drug, a breakthrough. This is an incredibly important result, because worldwide we can stop using a drug that is useless.”

The Lancet medical journal on Thursday announced the retraction of a dubious study suggesting that the anti-malaria drugs chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine significantly increased the risk of death and heart-rhythm complications in hospitalized COVID-19 patients worldwide.

The three retracting authors—Mandeep R. Mehra of Harvard, Frank Ruschitzka of University Hospital Zurich, and Amit Patel of the University of Utah—said in their retraction notice that Surgisphere refused to hand over its full dataset and an audit report of its servers for an independent peer review.

They closed the retractions with an apology

A malaria drug that has been tested as a treatment for coronavirus does not save lives, one of the world's largest trials shows.

Hydroxychloroquine received global attention after being promoted by Donald Trump, and then controversy after studies on it were retracted.

The drug has now been pulled from the UK's Recovery trial, which is run by the University of Oxford.

The findings have been passed on to the World Health Organization.

Back at the start of the pandemic, laboratory studies had suggested the malaria drug could affect the virus. Small-scale studies in China and France then hinted it might help patients.

There was a huge amount of hope, as the medicine is cheap and has been safely used to treat malaria and conditions such as lupus and arthritis.

However, the evidence supporting its use for coronavirus has been weak.

'Not a treatment for Covid'
That is why the data from the Recovery trial is crucial. It is the first to test the drug in large numbers of people in a thorough clinical trial.

More than 11,000 patients with Covid-19 are taking part, with 1,542 patients given hydroxychloroquine.

Due to mounting controversy about the drug, the UK's drugs regulator last night asked the Oxford researchers to review their data.

The results showed 25.7% of people taking hydroxychloroquine had died after 28 days. This compared with 23.5% who were given standard hospital treatment.

"This is not a treatment for Covid," said Prof Martin Landray, part of the Recovery trial. The trial immediately stopped using the drug.

^^I don't know

Anyway

Hydroxychloroquine does not work against Covid-19 and should not be given to any more hospital patients around the world, say the leaders of the biggest and best-designed trial of the drug, which experts will hope finally settle the question.

Landray said the hype should now stop. “It is being touted as a game-changer, a wonderful drug, a breakthrough. This is an incredibly important result, because worldwide we can stop using a drug that is useless.”

So what in these statements does the Lancet disagree about?

The scientific results haven't suddenly changed in 8 weeks.
Thats why they are in a science news website
