Completed a week off the booze now and my head is finally clear, no side effects other than not sleeping great.
So anyone else wishing to quit/cut down give it a try. Cold turkey has worked for me and not even thinking of a beer. |

Went 10 days without a beer and was doing fine then aston villa happened
 ended up going the shop last nightand drinking 10 pint cans. Got the taste for it now so will probably have a few tonight. At least i know i can go without if i want to though |

Back from holiday yesterday having eaten and drunk myself silly for 10 days. I am quite a heavy drinker but I don't want to look at any rich food or booze for a long while....but how long will I last? I'm like Prepared83 and will break with a binge no doubt...All I've since yesterday is soup, wraps and lime n soda. The main reason I feel like this is because my gallbladder feels like it's doubled in size is making a bid for freedom.
Anyone else get gallbladder pain? Very uncomfortable indeed. What the tastiest, low fat food for when soup becomes boring?? |

I sometimes get gallbladder plain paul but i just drink through it. Think im on a one man mission to self destruct.
Oh and my team villa playing Reading in Reading(where i live) on tues night. So will be another messy one with me in the away end |

I worked in the Prison kitchen when i was a young whippersnapper just turned 18 Funny enough had never learned to cook as good as having my own place for the last 4 years .. really got into the swing of things! tastes Gorgeous Diva .. mushrooms , tomatoes, onions , cheesy Mash for you i'd send the second helping 1st class recorded postage x |
