Having dealt with office staff over the the years, the phrase "Send me an e-mail." is often met with disappointment. In other words you can make some excuse about priorities/deletion and avoid the issue 6 months later.

"actually" peppering every sentence on the radio

"obviously" when something is far from so. A sign of a nervous speaker imo.
