Absolutely incredible to see the polar opposite receptions Trump received in Poland and Germany! Very telling. As someone mentioned earlier, Germany do have a tendency to be on the wrong side of history in these matters.

@ Platini chlorinated chicken isn't labeled as such in the US
@ chelsea girl there is quite obviously something wrong with chicken that is unfit for human consumption unless it is disinfected. |

All chicken is unfit for human consumption until it's been cooked.
The real issue is to do with farming practices and the control of pathogens to protect industry workers. We have stricter rules in that respect. If you have doubts about the wash, you can always skin the chicken before eating it. I think We already eat chlorine washed fruit and salad vegetables in this country and as Dr Crippen mentioned, out water is chemically sanitised before it reaches the tap. |

The area of US agriculture I would be unhappy about is the treatment of dairy cattle.
I would not wish to eat any dairy products originating from there. |
