haven  - I feel sorry for you -  this sort of stuff does not happen in any logical order - you are completely off it - as I said - you clearly have not had to face anything like this

I am not going to give you any clues - there may be people on here who have faced situations and may say something  - but you clearly do not.

what I find curious is why someone would come on a tiny unimportant gambling forum to defend the cult/religion and its behaviour ??

I'm not religious, and I can't remember wheeling off verses of the Koran if that's the religion you're referring to (as per usual) what I have defended are people who I have personally met that are followers/worshippers of this religion and judge them on their character, not the actions of the minority AKA extremists, extremists do not represent everyone.

You're a typical, reactionary type who allows himself to get all wound up by rabble rousers like Robinson, you really should stop worrying, nobody is out to get you

You do really wonder - 'making a mental risk assessment'   he really is a piece of work.

I am just thinking of the absolute chaos of a situation. Standing there. Working it all out in my mind - very slow in my case. ho ho!!!

He is absolutely barking if he really thinks like this, instead of pi$$ing his pants. There's a clue for you.

ps

you can tell by his pathology/rhetoric/carefully crafted replies that he has never been there.

What he talks about just does not happen.  Other reactions take over.

That is why so called ineffectual, insignificant, unnoticeable people actually become 'heroes'  - he has no idea.

Everyone in any dangerous situation makes a mental risk assessment and like I said you do it quickly, people who take on 1 man with a meat cleaver made the decision that he could take him on, someone a lot weaker, older or frailer would be much less likely, so far we'e had you telling us you're brave and telling others they're not, given how much of a ranting keyboard warrior you are, you give the opposite impression.

??

you are really something

where have I said I am brave quote(telling us you're brave and telling others they're not)

WHERE HAVE I SAID ANYTHING LIKE THAT

this is typical of you attributing statements I have made which I simply have not

please provide me with examples and I will retract

you are simply out of your depth making silly comments

pure diversion and lying

Funny enough I think you do make a mental assessment! The brain works very fast in these situations and a fight or flight response reaction is elicited. I think though that in a situation like that nobody knows what is going on because lines of sight are blocked and noise hits you first causing discombobulation and some amount of fear or trepidation.

I've said it before but if they pulled a knife weilding stunt like that down my way on a Friday night there would be carnage and any amount of fights amongst people wanting to get at them first! and if the men got involved it would be far worse!

I still want to know where I have said anything like this.    'so far we'e had you telling us you're brave and telling others they're not'
Where did that come from?
It gets a bit much when you put words in my mouth or invent statements and attribute them to me.  All I have done is to challenge your odd statements.  You seem to wish to indulge in false practices.  You have been caught out again.

I am flattered that you were floundering so much you wheeled out your other accounts from the woodwork with few posts to their names to help you outLaugh if your other account wants to talk about being here to much he might want to engage his brain and look at people on the same thread with 2x-3x as many posts lol.

When you see a dangeous situation, you react to it a certain way, if you believe you can deal with it you take it on, if it seems to dangerous you don't, that is a mental risk assessment and as said you do so as quick as possible, as amusing as it is to think that means standing there with a clip board it's not the caseLaugh

I still want to know about these 'bravery' comments you have attributed to me

purely false - you are some piece of work

this is completely weird - you try to explain something and now accuse me of wheeling out other accounts above^

very strange person

so can you provide evidence where I have said anything about my personal bravery or any such comment where I have said what you falsely claim
By:

correction

I try to explain something and you go on to accuse me of wheeling other accounts which are nothing to do with me

perhaps the comments hit home hard and you have no response to them  except telling falsehoods

Anyone with a brain would not want the attacker to see him in their eyeline, otherwise you ruin the element of surprise and less likely to disarm the attacker, how is that hard to understand, as for 'negotiating mentally' you have not read my post correctly, I said each situation is different which means each situation requires differnt actions, if there is one person attacking another and you have a good chance to overcome them then it's highly unlikely me or anyone would not intervene, if it's 3 people with machetes you cannot take on all 3 at one with you fists.

Absolute comedy gold Scandi. I can't stop laughing at this. LaughLaughLaughLaughLaugh
