Logic Test - 5 questions

i bombed out - gave up after two questions. despondent .

i thought it was 1 minute. if one machine takes a minute to churn out one t shirt. surely a hundred would all do the same - I still don't understand where i went wrong?

zorro ,the machine can only do one shirt at a time and takes 5 minutes - so you could have a million machines making a million shirts, and it will still take 5 minutes in total 

Each machine takes 5 minutes each to make 1 t-shirt, 5 machines at the same time taking 5 minutes each to make their 1 t-shirt means it's 5 minutes altogether to make the full 5.

if you have 100 machines and you want to make 100 t-shirts and they're making 1 t shirt each which takes 5 minutes per shirt, then it's still going 5 minutes for them all to make 100 t-shirts

Got the first 3 struggled with 4 but with hindsight it's obvious
then would say i was 75% correct with 5 as thought you would have to turn the cards otherway
very good test.

I got the 1st one wrong as didn't pause it to think.

Got 2 & 3 right.

4 i thought was very clever or maybe i'm just dumb

5 might not be totally correct. If the position of the face up cards is random there there is a slim chance they they would be the first 13 cards in the deck. In this case, when you turned over, there would be two piles with no face up cards and I think I'm right in saying that 0 is not an even number.

I didn't get 5 either. 3 and 4 I'd heard before. 1 and 2 were easy.

Am I the only one who thinks 5 was one of the simpler puzzles? Surely it would also work with any number, not just 13?
