Unhappy memories for me, I was the only kid in my class that got sent to bed before Batman. Used to go to school early on a Monday morning so I could earwig what people were saying about the previous nights episode so I could pretend I'd seen it 
That scene in the Batman movie where he tries to dispose of the bomb on the harbourside will never be surpassed.
I used to rush home to watch..excitement and expectation off the scale!!..happy days.

Think my first ever Science lesson came from the first Batman movie, people were dissolved into piles of dust with some sort of ray gun & Batman said something along the lines that people were 90 odd percent water then he proceeded to pour them in a glass vessel of some sort, it was all a bit too much at the time for a five year old !!
