No, entirely self-inflicted. I must stop gambling when 'tired and emotional'. At one point I really meant to put a few hundred on no overall majority but pressed the wrong f'king key. Imagine my surprise.

I didn't believe the country could be so stupid. But, on reflection, it all makes sense. May should never have been pm - Boris would have p*ssed this election. Gove has a lot to answer for. The young voted for Corbyn because he bribed them with tens of thousands - the tens of thousands would just about buy a loaf of bread after a couple of years of him in charge, but the young wouldn't have known that. The Tories won't make the same mistake of alienating the senior vote next time - which could be soon.
