It really is quiet astonishing that she still holds such a high profile position in the party.
Its not her fault of course but it does bring labours competency in to question. How could you vote for a party that thought it a good choice to give her a shadow cabinet position let alone such a high profile one. You have to think she will cost them many tight seats on thursday. Maybe coming out and saying she is suffering from extreme stress or something and will be stepping back for a while after the election might just get her a bit of sympathy and save Labour in tight constiteuncys |

We simply don't have 'proper' politicians anymore, they are only able to read prepared statements from their extensive team of public school script writers. I can't think of any that show real coviction or passion about anything they say (truths or otherwise). That's probably why they despise the twitter and youtube coomentators so much, apart from exposing the politicians lies they have a genuine conviction to what they're saying and facts to back them up.
Abbott is a millstone aroun Labours neck, but has prevailed because she is cosy with Corbyn. |

Unable to cope and just says she is unwell when she wants to pull out of interviews, and also did the same when voting on article 50. Incompetent and unfit for the job, massive liability, she's having a dire election campaign ! What if she were Home Secretary and a serious incident occurred that required her attention ? Currently she looks like she is totally out of it and I seriously think she is unwell, so confused and slurring in another interview, and her concentration is gone. Tories also have a liability (and a liar) with Boris, he’s proving to be more of a liability than an asset to them. Easy to poke fun at Boris, but his hapless performances are no laughing matter ! |

Boris did an exceptional interview on Sky this morning. To compare him to poor Diane Abbott is just wrong. Abbott sounded not right on TV last night.

^ I was only comparing Boris as a liability to his party, didn't mean it as a direct comparison to Abbott, apart from being a liability.
At first I thought May must know what she was doing giving him an important job. But it doesn't seem to be working, no one in their right mind will trust him. I am still curious to know why May gave him the job. Maybe she has a cunning plan........ |
