no fat - I think that's what killed him. pain medication sometimes needs fat to push the poison out of the system. You take a pill and notice a hive in your stomach as poison is deposited into fat layer. That's partially why you feel lousy as you lose weight as the body burns fat with toxins in it. Too lean and the medication stays i the system.
