Blimey ovalman those are profound questions . Regarding Hitler there are suggestions in Mein Kampf that he blamed the jews for Germany losing the great war and there was the nazi belief that jews/gypsies/slavs were inferior races.

I don't know how true it is but I read somewhere that Hitler admired Islam. It seems to give their combatants more zeal as they are unafraid of death. You just have to make the right kind of promises for the supposed afterlife.
