Any mention of this on de news yet?

The Evening Standard has it.

Is it an anti jewish attack.  I see there are many many more these days.  I really must not link this to the growth in population now, must I?   One that is virulently anti gay, women, unbelievers etc etc.

Sounds more like it was targeted against one particular shopkeeper, who wasn't there. Although the attacker shouted anti-semitic threats and waved his chopper about, he does not seem actually to have attacked anyone. All very odd.
