What I mant was this. Emma Morano died on 15th April as the world's oldest person. Now this chap dies two weeks later and people are saying he was 146? How the f was Emma the oldest person on earth then?
Probably something to do with 'properly documented' but interestingly the properly documented oldest person is/was none of the above two.
