You always have to ask yourself the question when evaluating pop songs or any songs.....will this song still be played on Radio in 1 years time, will fans still remember the song in a years time.
The answer is no, this is the problem with most modern pop records, they are done for the hear and now, literally any old pap can get to number 1 in the charts selling just a few thousand copies.
Remember in the 90's when I was growing up that every number 1 seemed to be a well crafted song that lasted long in the memory and still played years later....not all of them, but a helluva lot more then than what the output over the last few years and now.
It's a hear today gone tomorrow track, Justin Beiber videos/songs on youtube literally have and I kid you not....BILLIONS of views, and the songs without exaggeration are biggest load of cack I've ever heard.
It's just OK, but largely forgettable. You always have to ask yourself the question when evaluating pop songs or any songs.....will this song still be played on Radio in 1 years time, will fans still remember the song in a years time. The answer is no,
Big thumbs down for the song title, and especially album title, tho. The purple legend will be spinning in his grave
