I think the sheer number of people who would have to be in on these conspiracy theories is enough for me to dismiss them in the main.
The Boston Marathon falls into that category.

I think some people can no longer tell the difference between Real Life and the virtual reality they seem to live in. It's like every major even that happens is a conspiracy, at least come up with some hard core evidence, not the big ben clock being the same time as the length of a youtube video

Dunblane was The UK's worst ever school shooting.
Sandy Hook (what this thread is about) is the site of a US School shooting.

The point about Dunblane is a good one because it might bring home to people how stupid it is to suggest Sandy Hook didn't happen, Dunblane being closer to home n' all - and the fact Andy Murray was there. You just can't fake stuff like this.

I took the time and trouble to watch some of the YouTube videos on this Sandy Hook conspiracy thing. It seemed so ridiculous the first reaction is to dismiss it all as delusional lunacy. The impression I came away with after watching several hours of talking heads is that it is almost all offensive nonsense and there was no cover up. I do concede that some interesting points were made by the conspiracy theorists, but nothing that would make me change my mind.

Facts - I disagree that ALL so called false flags are nonsense. Most are of course but some of them later get accepted as fact.

The purpose was not to question it- of course it happened. The thread is really about those loonies who doubt it. Alex Jones is big pals with Trump. The folk of Sandy Hook have asked Trump to disassociate himself from the hoax theory - so far he hasn't. Given the nature of Trump's support this is not a position he wants to be put in. It's a measure of the point we have reached. How on earth did we get here?

For this to be "staged" how many people would have to be involved & stay silent. Parents , extended families, friends, survivors, friends & family of survivors, police, medical workers, lawyers etc.

We live in an age where many find it impossible to take the family to the beach for a day without telling 500 Facebook "friends" - yet total silence from the 1000's of "actors"

Where is the evidence of this hoax? A 30 minute loon-tube video talking about motive is hardly evidence.

I ain't no historian Facts and you can google "conspiracy theories that turned out to be true" as easily as I can - but there definitely are SOME that later became accepted as fact. Off the top of my head that torpedo attack that escalated the Vietnam war comes to mind. To state that ALL conspiracy theories and false flags are "utter nonsense" is just to be in blind denial and serves no purpose other than to blinker yourself.
