I was driving back home after my usual three pints last night, when I got pulled over. The copper asked me to blow. I blew. He said: "It says 'Warn'. I've only seen 'Pass' or 'Fail' before - I'll have to phone a colleague". He phoned his colleague. Apparently colleague told him that 'Warn' means tell the driver to park up safely then give him a lift home, because that's what they did.
Now obviously that was OK with me, because I'm a good driver, but imagine if they did that with anyone who drinks and drives.
You were lucky you didn't fail the test having had 3 pints! I got stopped a couple of years ago, had just the one pint earlier, and the box went orange, which meant the device recognised alcohol, but not enough to make an arrest.
