if I go on youtube and try to listen to some music. it says an error has occurred please try later. how do I get to sort this out please.

It could be anything. Try clearing your cache and youtube cookies, or try a different browser. Make sure your time is set correctly, or at least that it is not absurdly wrong. Has anything changed since it last worked, eg have you installed patches?
