I was short 5p at the morrisons self checkout. Kept putting in a 5p and it kept rejecting it?
who the FK is forging 5p coins? why check 5p?

Contactless card payment is pretty quick way to pay.
Even chip n pin is quicker than paying by cash.

Self checkouts means a checkout staff member has no job.

I've never once in my life payed at a self service checkout with cash.
Seems a strange thing to do now chip and pin exists.

When euros are scrapped, AFAIK they send the inner bit to one plant and the outer bit to another plant.
Some criminals were getting the two parts from the piles of scrap, then REassmbling them and getting a euro each :)
