a week in and he's doing what he said he'd do? why the uproar.

This country is the same - people are sick of foreigners eating all the pizza or something like that?

I think all borders should be dropped everywhere and people should have free movement. Life is bad enough without dicks s making it harder penetrate into other countries. I like to delve into the forests and enter caves in foreign shores myself???

Half the poor homeless in London are immigrants.  It is appalling there are so many homeless.  Not that the open doors marchers give a toss.

Here's how democracy/the will of the people works and will continue to work.

I believe there is a candidate who's manifesto will propose the implimentation of an open borders policy should he be elected.

The British electorate will be well aware of this policy proposal and will take it into account when they go to the ballot box at the next election.

Let's just wait and see how that pans out.

Until that time we can sit back and witness/laugh at the demise and meltdown of the vocal minority brigade.

You are so unfair platini.  We do come out and march but one needs to get back for an early supper to exchange experiences of ACTUALLY seeing these type of real people sleeping in shop doorways

It really is thrilling actually participating in something worthwhile.

One has marvelous stories to tell of meeting real people at the next saturday dinner back in Notting Hill

You have no idea.   My lady is positively orgasmic over it.  Pip Pip!!!

How many petition signers actively sought out the website, and how many were enticed by e-mail or facebook?
In future, all petitions should be by postcard only, so if you feel really strongly about something you will
get off your ass and walk to the postbox, and be happy to pay 50p to air your views. Mischief
