One in North Wales and another in Scotland doing it already for a while.

These 'trials' have been deemed a success ( by the councils ) and the once a month scheme is set to be rolled out across Britain.

Apparently one bloke who couldn't get the lid to close on his months' worth of rubbish was told to climb into him s wheelie ban and stand on the black bags in order to compact them into a closeable mass Excited Scared

Used to be able to just chuck anything into black bags and it would be taken away once a week.

Now sort it into 5 different sections and store it for weeks at a time...

Progress Sad

fill a carrier bag o your rubbish and put it in the shopping plaza bins.

why not have a grinding machine at the bottom of streets. obviously with a guard on the mechanism. we don't want the krays to abuse it.
throw in old furniture etc.
