My Skype stopped working a few days ago.
Messages wouldn't send and were just greyed out and scrolling.
I shut down and re-loaded but still the same.
Decided the only way forward was to uninstall and then reinstall.
Clicked download and it says it was installing and if not to "click here".
I got the installer page in the end and clicked "Run" but nothing happened!
Before that there was an instruction to find an icon as shown, and make sure I clicked approve.
Problem is, where the hell is this icon?
Any ideas guys please?

Well, after many attempts, and seemingly going over the same stuff again and again, I'm now back on!
