A lawyer at a top legal firm has been accused of subjecting a train passenger to a 90 minute 'torrent of abuse' after the other man asked him to turn down the volume on his phone.
Thomas Longstaff, 29, who is an associate at Linklaters in the City of London, was linked to an appeal by the British Transport Police.
They claim a man - alleged to be Mr Longstaff - became aggressive while travelling on a train from London King's Cross to Leeds on December 9. It is believed a fellow passenger asked him to turn down the volume on his smartphone while he was playing games.
