35 officially; 40+ according to timesheets; a lot less if you exclude sitting around waiting for something to happen.

it depends what you call 'work' but I class it as anything that's benefitting me long term , spent all week sanding & painting & today sealed my windows & put new blinds up , but I 'd say it's added 2k to my 'flat
