You can't expect justice from Scottish courts.

These are the people who jailed the naked rambler, and kept him in solitary confinement for six years after taking his clothes off in public.

They're downright evil in dealing with a misdemeanour on the one hand, then criminally lenient when they're presented with a serious offence on the other.
