U can get a curling bar and about 50kg ow weighs for pennies Up arm rowing with about forty kg. 3 sets of ten Curls 40kg. 3 sets of ten Saddo press ups 3 sets of ten. Repeat three times. Do that the morn to start u off then al tell u what to do on day two |

If you start working out on day 1 like made when you haven't lifted a weight in years, there'll be no day 2, the next day you will be really feeling it, finding muscles you never knew you had, start gently instead and build up the over time.
But before you even lift a weight or do push ups you should concentrate on cardio work to get rid of the fat and then start to work on muscle. |

Something like cycling 100+ kms a few times a week will knock the weight off.
A six pack is muscles visible under thin skin (little fat). Lifting weights will build muscles but you won't get a six pack (you might but it will be well hidden). |

you need to burn off fat before you see six pack. even then you might not get the six pack.
cut out sugars and carbs. eat very lean protein. watch out you don't eat masses of protein as this will give you kidney stones. fish is best. fish and veg. with seeds. cumin is supposedly a good booster to help you lose weight. just walk or swim - forget exercising like a maniac. sleep more. you burn fat while you sleep. |

Cutting down the amount you eat will see you lose weight a lot more quickly than doing exercise. Obviously combining the two is best.
