Wish I'd had one.. I love goose. Looked at one in Sainsbury £50.Too much for the two of us.
Only 2 of us and enough breast meat without having to use the legs, will eat them tomorrow.
Bought a frozen one from Tesco's £15. Supposedly feeds 8-10 people but doubt it. It's resting right now so haven't tried it.
I got 2 duck slices in the freezer , don't even know what to have with them , this time next year .....
