Ruled they're not permitted to gather email intelligence, phone call taps etc in their usual way. You could hardly make this **** up, the EU intelligence services are clearly useless and want to drag everyone else down to their level. Have you seen the list of organisations that would be permitted to snoop on people if the snoopers charters was actually passed, tell me why the Gambling Commission, Department for Work and Pensions, Food Standards Agency and the Welsh Ambulance Services should need access to somebody's browsing history

I seriously doubt those organisation would be granted access but, frankly, I couldn't care less if the Women's Institute gets to see my browsing history if it helped to stop these murdering feckers targeting Britons. I'd be quite happy if MI5 had unrestricted access to everyone, I trust them to use the knowledge wisely.
