Yes, see what I did there, this is an inclusive fred.
Anyway I would highly recommend it. Seen the miserable cow tonight and came away without broaching whatever was wrong, then I hit the lappy and asked her. I was able to think before responding to each point and instead of telling her to f*ck off I actually got a result. Great stuff.
