I think it is all too late and the natural progression will result in the demographic dictating the result. I have this theory - it only takes a relatively small number to get hegemony in an area. Many towns and cities will fall like this. They then only have to bring in new local bylaws. Strange, but I rarely ever see anyone talk about this. |
