Last Christmas in my house, it will be sold next year. End of an era, not that many this year about 10, a few siblings and some nephews and nieces.
I will Makbe_Diva, same to you and yours. The time has come to move on, I'll buy a place in Sussex somewhere, maybe Arundel.
I will give my brothers some dosh but I'll be OK for life. I have never really been money orientated, just make sure we are all sorted.
