Thought it was an excuse to show a lot of nudity

The original film was brill,a sort of predecessor to
The Terminator.

Gave up......groundhog day/groundhog day/ getting on my t-----i------t------s.

Not a patch on the film but it was reasonable enough. It certainly has more possibilities but it was a bad ending. I hope they do make a 2nd series but *spoiler* I thought the robots would enter wider society and create havoc.

I'm watch Falling Water, another slow burner that I don't understand similar to the O/P's point.

I've recorded it. Hoping it's good.

It's make up as they go along crap, Breaking Bad and the first five season of 24 is how you make a brilliant tv show.

Enjoyed it.. hard going/confusing at times, all explained in final episode. Watched movie not too long ago, how dated does that look now?

Yes, certainly felt like it was being made up as they went along. Felt the same about the few episodes I watched of Lost.

Breaking Bad and GOT's are definite class templates to follow.

Agree about WESTWORLD. Poor ending and it did feel like they were making it up as it went along.

I liked it, thought it was good.

Excellent ending too.

The think that spoilt it a little for me was the Maeve Millay robot being able to manipulate the two technicians to gain evermore power.

yes anthony hopkins programmed the robots to kill him and all the people who were at the new opening

mind you i thought thandie newton's nipples were marvellous..like rubber doorstops

Just looked at the Wikipedia for the series and season 2 will be out in 2018

I heard it would be a while as the first series was delayed and nearly binned, cant see it being worthwhile if you have to wait 2 years. Like someone said earlier they are probably still making up the storyline.

gave it 3 and half episodes, longer than usually give a TV show. Really wanted to like it, I'm a big fan of the original movie, but its a massive disappointment

Won't waste another minute on it.

I've seen two episodes so gave it a chance, I thought it was going to OK but got bored rather quickly. 2.5/10.

first few episodes were poor but it did get better.

It was good. You could argue there was too much sex, violence, nudity and sadism - but that is who we are. We will design the AIs that will replace us - hopefully they will keep pets. We do have a couple of billion years of evolution in our genome - I expect that will be of some use to them.

it was repetitive and none of the characters were particularly likeable. best thing about it by miles was ed harris.

watch the man in the high castle instead is my advice.

Watching paint dry would be more interesting that this dull snail paced rubbish.
Managed 3 episodes and that felt like a lifetime.
