restarted device, reinstalled chrome and still wont open ? any one know a fix ?

are you using a tablet or laptop? do you have another browser installed as well as chrome?
Laptop, I had Firefox which is too glitchy, but problem solved as I just installed Opera instead, excellent so far only now I have spend the next few minutes getting all of my tabs back.
