Concert tickets...Bryan Adams is currently on tour if she likes that kind of genre.
|
|
By:
Dunno about that twizzle; the same age bracket in work are all crying out for Adele tickets
|
|
By:
Saw Bryan Adams play an acoustic concert once. Good, but must admit boring.

Don't go mad, it's only 2 months. Take her out for a few cocktails and a bit of scran. Don't go overboard, it's very early days.

After 2 months to me jewelerey is a non runner, not even a pair of earrings. Keep it light hearted and easy going, if you really like her take your time and be cool. Good luck.

M_D, it was my girlfriends birthday last Thursday, she was 46. I bought her some orchids and a couple of pints in The Alleyne's Head in Dulwich, she was happy with that. Some crisps too if I remember correctly, I'm quite a catch !
|
|
By:
That would do very nicely for me too, Slippy. Except for the pint as I don't drink.
I can't think of a single thing I want for Christmas from Mr Makybe ![]() |

Just get her a nice burka. Thank me later.

I agree with something silver and delicate. A set of Allen keys or something are always very useful.

30 is a big one, so push the boat out.
My suggestion is an eclectic mix that any 30 year old woman would just love ... 1. £5 lottery scratch card (but have a look first in case it's a big win, re-cover with silver nail varnish if loser) 2. chewing tobacco, or snuff if preferred 3. cookery book, something like meat pies made easy 4. annual subscription to People's Friend Bought the exact same things for Mrs mememe last Christmas. She was deliriously happy |

In jest Prepared as I don't know you, buy maybe a trip to Specsavers. Must need her eyes testing.

![]() If she's a keeper, just give her two thirds of everything you own. It'll save time. Alternatively, book a romantic trip to London and take her up the Shard! |

Birthday presents are for children. No one gives a fxck about the birthday of anyone over 12.
Make clear your position on this and if she agrees then she's a keeper. (T&C's apply) If she disagrees then she is clearly a needy self absorbed narcissist that you would be better off without. |
